PORTABLE DR IMAGING FOR diverse applications

Back in 2003 Canon introduced the world's first large portable CXDI-50G detection area with an image area of 35 cm x 43 cm. This is especially useful for patients who have limited mobility and for taking pictures at angles that are difficult to get with a detector in a installation panel or standing on a wall. The Canon CXDI-50G delivers unprecedented speed and efficiency to diagnose even the most severe patients.

Results in seconds
An on-screen preview image is available in just 3 seconds after exposure. If contact is needed, the detector will be ready in seconds thanks to its rapid refresh cycle.

MLT (S) Image processing
MLT (S) image processing uses multiple frequencies to emphasize detail and edges. Combined with Canon's appropriate dynamic range and enhanced noise processing images show fine details reduced such as lung tissue or trabecular skeletal structure along with soft tissues in highly accurate diagnosis. These parameters can be pre-installed in our body parts dedicated to repeat and post-adjustment, for recall variances in diagnostic requirements.

Canon Lanmit ® Technology
Amorphous Silicon (a Si-) Flat Panel Sensor (LANMIT®) consists of a semiconductor with precision amorphous metal insulating silicon (MIS) sensor and Thin Film Transistor (TFT) array. LANMIT® flat shape sensor produces a very stable output signal. The result is a family of reliable and durable sensors that deliver the highest quality images without the time and costs involved with film or cassette processing. A 14-bit analog-to-digital converter converts the images to data form to produce a high resolution, high contrast 4,096 gray image.

Seamless Network Integration
Ethernet 10/100/1000 Base T connects with 3.0 DICOM compatibility allowing wireless data transfer to any stubborn DICOM device, PACS, or HIS RIS for efficient, efficient printing storage, and remote viewing of images. This system follows IHE (Integrating Health Enterprises) standards for interoperability to ensure easy, effective integration with hospital networks.
